We moved by the date original buyer requested, but ran into conflict with city zoning because we listed property as rentable property which had been the case since 1935. Zoning laws changed with time and city reclasssified zoning code on our property after granting approval of a subdivision of our property 14 year ago but never notified property owner that the zoning had been changed.
